Mormonics LLC (the "Company") offers mormonics.com (the "Website") according to the following Terms of Service (TOS), which include and incorporate the below Terms of Use, Required Conduct of Users, Editor Account Terms, and Participation Disclaimer sections. The Company reserves the right to modify the TOS without notice. Your usage of the Website constitutes your acceptance of the current TOS. Any violation of the TOS may, at the sole discretion of the editor, result in the termination of your account and/or the deletion of any contributions made. - The Website is not intended for children under 18. By using the Website, you are representing that you are at least 18, or that you are at least 14 years old and have your parents' or guardians' permission to use the Website.

- The Company does not guarantee the following:

Required Conduct of Users
- Users may not post content that is:

- defamatory
- libelous
- contradictory to the intended purpose of the Website
- in violation of intellectual property of any party
- The Company strictly prohibits the following behavior on the Website:

- threatening behavior
- illegal activity
- harassment
- any type of discrimination
- activity that violates the rights of others
- modifying or hacking the website
- implying false affiliation with any company, group or organization
- intentionally providing false or misleading information

- The Company has the right (but not the obligation) to revoke the use privileges of anyone who violates the TOS or posts content that violates the TOS.

- The Company does not have the ability to control all content posted by individual users to the Website, and does not guarantee the quality, accuracy or integrity of such content. You understand that by using the Website you may be exposed to content that you may find objectionable, indecent, offensive, or inaccurate, and you agree that under no circumstances will you attempt to hold the Company liable in any way for such content, including any personal loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of the Website or its content. You may bring objectionable material to the attention of the Company by flagging said material. The Company takes all flaggings' seriously and will attempt to review them in a timely manner. However, removal of any posting or material is at the sole discretion of the Company.
Editor Account Terms
- The Company can refuse registration for an editor account at any time, in its sole discretion.
- You are responsible for using the Website in a private and secure manner. The Company is not liable for any damages sustained due to unauthorized editor account access resulting from your actions, such as sharing your editor account password or not logging out of the Website.
- You may not register editor accounts by utilizing unauthorized automated methods ("bots").
- The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your editor account at any time for any reason, and is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from such suspension or termination.
Copyright and Ownership
- The Company owns intellectual property rights to any protectable part of the Website. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Website owned by the Company.
- Any content or comments posted on the Website shall remain your sole and exclusive property, and you shall be solely responsible for your content and the consequences of posting or publishing it.

- The Company and its respective affiliates, successors, assigns, employees and agents assume no responsibility or liability which may arise from or relate to content submitted by any user or other third party including, but not limited to, claims for defamation, libel, slander, infringement, invasion of privacy and publicity rights, obscenity, pornography, profanity, fraud, or misrepresentation.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company for any claims, actions, or losses (including but not limited to those claims described in the directly preceding paragraph) that arise from or relate to content posted by you or by way of your account onto the Website.
